Organize Events & Festivals

A festival or event is a great way to bring people together, raise money for a cause or just have a good time. Whether you’re throwing a small festival for your school or a large-scale event that people will attend from miles around, use this checklist to make sure your festival runs smoothly.

Churches have a desire to form a sense of community, but have trouble finding ideas for church fellowship events. We arrange several great and cost effective church events.

Our Events

  1. Create themed dinners.
  2. There are many holidays you can theme meals after. Ask each of our congregation to bring themed foods and celebrate the holidays together.

  3. Run board game nights.
  4. It’s simple and fun to play board games. Each member can bring their favorite game and turns can be taken playing them.

  5. Have a craft evening.
  6. Many members of our church may be skilled with their hands. Ask members if they would be willing to bring supplies and run a craft table. You will be surprised at the number of people who want to share their hobbies.

  7. Churches need fixing up.
  8. Offering a meal to volunteers, and allowing them to associate in a manner different than usual can encourage fellowship between them.

  9. Hold a Wii challenge night.
  10. Video games are popular, and the Nintendo Wii has several games all ages can participate in.

  11. Treasure hunts.
  12. Treasure hunts are an exciting way to get the community involved in your church. Offer prizes for the people who find the most items hidden.
